Beyond Goals - Gamify Sports
This project consisted of pitching an idea for a Gamification Project and documentating the design process through a full report.In this case, Beyond Goals aims to improve the quality of amateur sports leagues (Sunday League) through social interaction and performance-based virtual rewards.
Deal-Ightful Walk - Serious Game
Pitch presentation for a serious game aimed at raising awareness about the dangers of gambling addiction. It involves taking simple arcade games (like Snake or Pac-Man) and exaggerating them up to absurd levels by using psychological manipulation techniques and reward systems found in traditional casinos, such as flashing lights and stimulating sounds.
PLAY & GAP Heuristics Evaluation - Minecraft & Hades Playtesting Analysis
These analyses were conducted for my University Playtesting course. Along with two colleagues, I playtested two video games and evaluated them using the PLAY and GAP Principles to assess their Playability and Approachability.
The Binding of Isaac - Playtesting Report
This project involved designing, executing, and reviewing a full Playtesting Plan for a commercial video game to identify potential issues or improvement areas.I analyzed whether The Binding of Isaac: Repentance had issues with the item descriptions provided to players. To explore this, I conducted surveys, playtesting sessions, and interviews, presenting my conclusions through a written report and a short presentation.
